Jingjing Sun is the founder of Greater Bay Consulting and a seasoned leader in the global life sciences industry, known for her ability to connect scientific innovation with strategic business development across China and Europe. She brings a unique blend of biotechnology expertise, venture capital experience, and cross-border dealmaking capability that consistently drives value creation for biotech and pharmaceutical partners.
Jingjing began her career with a strong scientific foundation, earning a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She later completed an MBA at HEC Paris with a specialization in Mergers and Acquisitions, deepening her expertise in corporate strategy, transaction structuring, and growth acceleration.
Her time at TVM Capital further strengthened her investment perspective, giving her hands-on experience evaluating emerging technologies, guiding portfolio companies, and shaping global development strategies. She also participated in Danaher’s General Management Development Program, gaining operational and commercial experience inside one of the world’s most respected M&A-driven organizations.
Today, Jingjing works closely with biotech innovators, pharmaceutical companies, and investors to build strategic partnerships, unlock cross-border opportunities, and accelerate global expansion. Her work is particularly focused on enabling China–Europe collaboration and helping companies navigate regulatory, cultural, and commercial complexities while advancing breakthrough science.
